Appellant, Warden of the Kentucky State Reformatory, appeals the district courts issuance of a write of habeas corpus upon its determination that the state trial court proceedings were inadequate to establish that the petitioner had entered his guilty plea knowingly and voluntarily. Upon reviewing the transcript of these proceedings, we conclude that the plea was voluntarily entered and reverse the judgment below.
